About the event
Theta Pi Sigma Riverside County Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. is a proud partner with March of Dimes in support of our national service program Project Cradle Care. We are asking for donations for our NICU Baby Shower to be held on January 20, 2026 for 35 NICU moms and families residing in the Riverside County Area.
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority and the March of Dimes collaborate to address issues that affect women of color and their children, which ranges from chronic physiological stressors, underlying health conditions, structural racism and medical neglect in our health care systems. One way we enact the change we would like to see if by co-hosting NICU baby showers for moms in underserved areas.
